Continuing F1 Students

Reminder: Submit your check-in SEVIS registration form within 2 weeks when the fall/spring semester begins.
As an active F1 student, you must continue to maintain full-time status and enroll in 12 units in order for your SEVIS record to remain active. SEVP Ends COVID-19 Flexibilities: The Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) terminated its Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) guidance to coincide with the end of the COVID-19 National Emergency and Public Health Emergency.

Active F1 students who are outside of the U.S. may re-enter the country. Please review guidance from the CDC, CBP, and DOS for specific port-of-entry screening processes, as well as any travel restrictions.
