West Los Angeles College has been allocated a total of $7,663,025 to address direct student aid needs. Direct aid is intended for students whose lives have been impacted by the coronavirus and must be used for expenses related to the disruptions due to the coronavirus, such as food, housing, course materials, technology, health care, and childcare expenses.
Eligibility criteria for Spring 2022 include:
- Active enrollment in at least 1-unit credit or non-credit class for Fall 2021 as of award date
- Demonstrated financial need through at least one of the following:
- California College Promise Grant (CCPG) awarded
- Complete FAFSA
- Completed application for financial assistance
