NextUp Foster Youth


NextUp

(Formerly known as CAFYES - Cooperating Agencies Foster Youth Educational Support )

The NextUp Program developed comprehensive and coordinated sets of services and programs that involve internal and external community partnerships, identifying and addressing barriers--including health and well-being--to the academic success of current and former foster youth. The NextUp Program is administered by the EOPS Program.

Eligibility

  • EOPS student
  • 25 years old or younger
  • Former or current Foster Youth whose dependency was established on or after the youth's 13th birthday (must verify)
  • Enrolled in/working towards 9 units (DSPS = 6 or less)

Monday to Thursday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Friday: 9:00AM - 1:00PM
