We offer Certificate and Associate Degree paths designed for students who want to get to work quickly or advance on the job. We also prepare students to transfer to competitive 4-year universities.

PREP FOR PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS include: Amazon Web Services (Cloud Computing); Apple Care Administrator; Cisco Network,CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+; Microsoft System Admin; Oracle Database.

CLASS NAMES UPDATE: Computer Science Info Tech classes are now listed in the schedule as CIS = Computer Information Systems; CS = Computer Science MIT = Manufacturing & Industrial Technology. "CO SCI" is no longer used... see the CS/CIS course realignment list

TUITION & FEES

As a publically funded college, West has tuition among the lowest in the nation.

  • CA Residents: $46 / unit (most classes are 3 units)
    CA Residents of any age who are first-time freshmen may qualify for the $0 TUITION PROMISE PROGRAM and/or fee waivers, as well as other financial aid available after filing the FAFSA
  • Out-of-State Residents: $282 / unit (most classes are 3 units)
    Out-of-state students may qualify for grants and other financial aid after submitting the FAFSA. Additionally, many West classes use $0 cost online textbooks and materials.
