Two Programs To Advance Your Career

• Residential License Appraiser Practicum I 
  • Duration: 1 year
  • Experience Hours: 1,000
  • Focus: Learn the basics and gain field experience.
• Certified Residential License Appraiser Practicum II
  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Experience Hours: 500
  • Focus: Elevate your skills with advanced techniques.

   1. Real Estate 07: Real Estate Finance I 

   2. Real Estate 09: Real Estate Appraisal I 

   3. Real Estate 10: Real Estate Appraisal II 

   4. Real Estate 39: Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal (USPAP) 

   5. Real Estate 40: Residential Report Writing and Case Studies 

      These additional classes will be required to apply for licensing. 

   6. Vocational Education 197CE: Supervisor/Trainee Appraiser 
   7. Vocational Education 198CE: Federal & State Laws and Regs. for CA Appraisers

3. CA Residential Licensed Appraiser
