Criticism–How to Give and Take
it Effectively |
|
Most of us don’t do well when we are the target of criticism. Likewise, when
we give criticism, most of us don’t know how to maximize the chance of
getting through without making the other person defensive. Whatever your
skill level is when dealing with people, Dr. Ring can help you raise it. The
content of this seminar is both deep and practical, and he says that you
will find his presentation surprisingly entertaining for such a difficult
subject. You can be more comfortable giving and receiving criticism—you just
need to know how to go about it.
