Criticism–How to Give and Take it Effectively

Most of us don’t do well when we are the target of criticism. Likewise, when we give criticism, most of us don’t know how to maximize the chance of getting through without making the other person defensive. Whatever your skill level with people, this class can help you raise it. You can be more comfortable on both sides of criticism. The content of this seminar is both deep and practical, and the presentation surprisingly entertaining for something so useful.
