LAW 2 – BUSINESS LAW II
General Information: 8 week class – starts 6/18/2007, ends 8/12/2007. This
course takes place entirely online. No on-campus visits are required.
Course Description: Note: A maximum of one course from Law 1 or 2 is acceptable for UC transfer. This course covers essentials of the laws of negotiable instruments, security devices, partnerships, corporations, estates and bankruptcy in their application to everyday problems of business.
