This course takes place entirely online. No on-campus visits are required. 

The course begins on February 12.  You must access the course by February 20 or you will be dropped.

Course Description:

Note: Art 101 is not a prerequisite for Art 102.

This course introduces the student to the visual arts of Western Europe and the U.S. beginning with the Renaissance and ending in the 20th Century. The work of such artists as Michelangelo and Picasso will be covered along with such art movements as Impressionism, Cubism, and Surrealism.

Art Across Time by Schneider, McGraw/Hill, 2002, ISBN 0073111953. (Note: An earlier edition is OK.)
