Follow the Helpdesk Rules!

1. You do not need to register and login to use the Helpdesk. However, if you register and login, we will be able to serve you better as we cannot provide confidential information such as login IDs and passwords to anonymous users.

Do not use your ETUDES-NG login information to login to the Helpdesk!

2. We cannot help you unless you include the following information in your Helpdesk post:

1) Your full name
2) The name and number of your course
3) The term that the course is being offered
4) Your instructor's name
5) The course's section number

Please follow this format. Help us help you!

3. To post your message to the Helpdesk, click on the link that says, "Post Your Question Here." Then click the 'New Topic' button to create your message. An example post is provided to illustrate the format we would like you to follow.
