ETUDES-NG Technical Requirements

General Information:

This is an 8-Week session starting 10/30/06, ending 12/24/06.

This course takes place entirely online. No on-campus visits are required. 

The course begins on October 30.  You must access the course by November 3.

Students who do not email instructor by November 3 will be dropped.

Course Description:

Prerequisite: Completion of English 21 with a grade of “C” or better or appropriate placement level demonstrated through the English assessment process for English 28. This course meets the AA reading and writing requirement.

English 28 gives students practice paragraph construction and essay writing, with an emphasis on critical thinking and critical reading of non-fiction essays and books.

Required Materials:

A Writer's Reference by Diana Hacker.
