software that allows written submissions be compared to over 60 million
papers in the student archive, and over 10,000 professional, academic
and commercial journals and publications, for originality. TurnItIn
also looks for matches in over 9.5 billion pages of indexed web content.
West is now offering this resource to online and weekend college instructors.

to enroll in a training workshop. Workshop participants will receive
their own TurnItIn account and will learn how to create assignments
so that their students can submit academic papers for plagiarism detection.
