Course Description:

Note: Same as Business 5. Essentials of the law of contracts, of its application to everyday problems pertaining to business and to the individual are covered. Elementary safeguards regarding sales and sales contracts are also considered. Case discussion and lecture method are utilized. Credit is not granted for students enrolled in or with credit for Business 5.
