ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE 2 – CONCEPTS OF CRIMINAL LAW

Course Description:

This course covers the basic principles of English common law with special emphasis on sections of the California Penal Code most frequently used by the police officers. Topics will include the elements of the major crimes and the substantive law.
