Course Description:
Prerequisite: English 101 or equivalent.
This course introduces the student to the basic elements
of writing fiction, poetry and drama through reading and writing assignments.
Required Materials:
"The Art of Fiction,"
by John Gardner, and "The Poet's Companion," by Addonizio and
Laux.
