How to Login

In order to login to your online course, you need to know your Login ID and Password. Please follow the ETUDES-NG login instructions below:

Please be aware that you may not login to online courses until the official start date of the term. Your Login ID and Password will not work before the first day of class.

First 2 letters of first name +

First 2 letters of last name +

Last 5 digits of Student ID #
(Not your Social Security #)

(Type using all lower case letters)

Example:

Jose Garcia
Student ID#: 88123456

Username = joga23456

 
MonthDay of birth in school records

(Type using all lower case letters)

Example:

Birthday is April 11th, 1982 (04/11/82)

Password = 0411

NOTE: This is a permanent account that you will use for all ETUDES-NG courses for this term and all subsequent terms. Your login information does not get reset from term to term. If you change your password, the change will apply to all of your current and future courses. Please save your login information for future reference.

Technical Requirements for ETUDES-NG

ETUDES-NG works on any computer (PC or Mac), however, a few minor adjustments may be necessary to ensure that your online course functions properly on your computer. Please carefully review the ETUDES-NG technical requirements before your course begins.

Online Student Helpdesk

Before visiting the Online Student Helpdesk, make sure you have considered the following:

Has the term started? You cannot access your course before the first day of the term.

Are you actually enrolled in the class? Check with WLAC Admissions or the LACCD Student Information System to be sure your enrollment is active.

Are you in the system yet? If you just registered, you won't be entered into the system for another 1 to 2 days. Please be patient and try logging in again in a day or two.

If you have double considered all of the above issues and still feel that you are having a legitimate technical problem, please visit the ETUDES-NG Student Helpdesk.
