How to Login

In order to login to your online course, you need to know your Login ID and Password. ETUDES Classic and ETUDES-NG courses have the same login instructions. If you do not know which platform your online course uses, click here: General Information.

Please be aware that you may not login to online courses until the official start date of the term. Your Login ID and Password will not work before the first day of class.

  • First 2 letters of first name +
  • First 2 letters of last name +
  • Last 5 digits of Student ID# (Not your Social Security #)

(Type using all lower case letters)

Example:

Jose Garcia
Student ID#: 88123456

Username = joga23456
MonthDay of birth in school records

(Type using all lower case letters)

Example:

Birthday is April 11th, 1982 (04/11/82)

Password = 0411

Technical Requirements for ETUDES Classic

ETUDES Classic works on any computer (PC or Mac), however, a few minor adjustments may be necessary to ensure that your online course functions properly.

ETUDES Classic Orientation

This brief orientation will introduce you to the main elements of the Classic ETUDES online learning environment, such as the online classroom, assignments, tests, and discussion forums. It will enable you to feel comfortable in your own online course, so please invest a little time now to ensure your success in the future.

ETUDES Student Helpdesk

Before visiting the ETUDES Helpdesk, make sure you have answered the following:

Are you sure your course uses ETUDES-NG and not Classic ETUDES?
Are you logging into the correct course?
Has the semester started? You cannot access your course before the first day of the semester.
Are you actually enrolled in the class? Check with Admissions to be sure your enrollment is active.
Are you in the system yet? If you just registered today, you won't be entered into the system for at least 24 hours.
