WLAC FACILITIES MASTER PLAN UPDATE

Re:  2010 Final SEIR and 2009 Facilities Master Plan Update

 

At the August 11, 2010 District Board of Trustees Regularly Schedule Hearing, the Board of Trustees under Action Com. No. FPD4:

1)    

1) Certified the 2010 Final SEIR and Errata to the

     2010 Final SEIR (August 11, 2010 Update);

2)     Adopted the 2010 Findings- SOC, and the 2010 MMRP; and

3)     Approved the 2009 Facilities Master Plan Update

 

4)     District Staff and consultants were authorized and directed by the Board of Trustees to prepare and process a Notice of Determination (“NOD”) pursuant to the requirements of CEQA Guideline, Section 15094, and to take such other post-project approval actions as may be required by CEQA.
