CULVER CITY TRAIN STATION

Over the last four years, the Culver City Redevelopment Agency has been working to acquire land and develop a transit oriented development (TOD) project located at Washington and National Boulevards.  The Triangle Site TOD has been envisioned as an attractive, sustainable, pedestrian oriented, mixed use development incorporating office, retail, restaurants, hotel, residential uses and up to ½ acre of open space that fits within the surrounding community.

The first step in this redevelopment process is to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with Metro to allow use of the Metro right of way to provide surface and subterranean parking for the Expo Station and the Triangle Site.
