Now showing in the WLAC Fine Arts Gallery  is "Closed, Mid Career Art Exhibit"  The exhibit features work by seven professional artists including: ceramic artists, Frank Matranga and Aldo Favili;   digital artists, Robert Witte and Michael Rich;  painters, Winston Marshall and Allen Bollinger;   and one construction artist, Mariann Scolinos. The show provides examples of mature contemporary art and is open to the public.

West Welcomes New Volleyball Coach:  

The Wildcats have hired a new Women’s Volleyball Coach Brian Corso to replace Branden Higa who recently accepted a full-time position with Mississippi State University. Corso will begin immediately.  He comes to West with a rich background in Southern California volleyball having started and developed his own beach volleyball club called the Aloha Ball Club/Volleyball School and serving as assistant coach for the U.S. Jr. National Beach Volleyball Program. He is concurrently the head coach for the Costa Rican Jr. National Beach Volleyball Team which trains in the U.S. during the summer months.
