RETREAT THIS WEEK!

West’s Leadership Retreat brings people together from across our college – faculty, staff, administrators and the ASO – who on this day focus on how each contributes individually and collectively to our students’ successes.

This year’s retreat focuses on a study, “Student Support (Re)defined,” and asks us to redefine support in ways that align with what students say they need...see schedule

SUCCESSFUL EVENTS AT WEST

LAST FRIDAY NIGHT, a few dozen of all aged gathered to gaze at the moon and stars through jumbo telescopes and assisted by the Astronomy Club under the direction of Prof. Bell.
ON SUNDAY, nearly 400 filled the Fine Arts Complex to learn more about Covered California, to sign-up for health coverage, and to receive a free health screening. Our own Dental Hygiene program was among those providing services.
