Official Transcripts
Official Transcripts may be requested in person, by fax or by mail.
Regular Processing: Please allow five (5) working days for your request to beprocessed. The first two (2) transcripts ever requested are free of charge. The charge will be $3.00 for each additional transcript requested.
Rush Processing: Transcripts will be processed and mailed out within 24 hours. The cost for the first two transcripts ever requested will be $7.00 each. The charge will be $10.00 for each additional transcript requested.
IN-PERSON REQUESTS
To requestyour official transcript in person, visit the Admissions Office and bringyour photoID.

To request your official transcripts by fax or mail, submit the request form below to the Admissions & Records Office.

Include your personal check or money order made out to
“West Los Angeles College” with your mailed in request.
If faxing a request and paying by credit card, you must call our Business Office at (310 ) 287-4262 or (310) 287-8207 with your credit card number and the dollar amount you are paying. Please follow the instructions below to ensure that your request is processed in a timely manner.
When requesting transcripts by mail or fax, please include the following:
