mail.

Fax and Mail Requests
To
request official transcripts, you must submit a request
to our Admissions & Records Office by Fax or the
U.S. Post Office. Our Fax Number is (310) 287-4327.

DO NOT type the application on the computer. Doing so
will change the format.

If
faxing a request and paying by credit card, you must
call our business Office at (310 )
287-4262 or (310) 287-8207 with your credit card number
and the dollar amount you are paying. Please follow the instructions below to ensure
that your request is processed in a timely manner.
When request transcripts by mail or fax,
please include the following:

Transcript Processing Charges
There are
two (2) processing services available:
- Regular processing - Please allow five (5)
working days for processing.
- The first two
(2) transcripts ever requested are free of charge. The
charge will be $3.00 for each additional transcript
requested.

Rush processing - Transcripts will be processed and mailed
out within 24 hours.
- The cost for the first two transcripts ever
requested will be $7.00 each.
The
charge will be $10.00 for each additional transcript
requested.
