The LACCD Strategic Plan is provided in three parts. The Stratetic Plan itself is accompanied by an Implementation Matrix which operationalizes the goals and objectives articulated in the Plan, and provides specific, measurable outcomes. A draft of the Core Indicators & Strategic Measures of LACCD College Effectiveness identifies specific research and data analysis tasks to generate evidence of general institutional health and effectiveness.
